オケチラ/Oketraはアモンケット・ブロックのキャラクター。カードとしてはアモンケットの信義の神オケチラ/Oketra the Trueが初出。

アモンケット/Amonkhetの神の一柱。女性。猫の頭部と人間の胴体を持ち、弓を手にしている（イラスト）。
蓋世の英雄/The worthyが備えるべき5つの資質の1つ、結束/Solidarityを司る神であり、第1の試練である結束の試練/The Trial of Solidarityを担う。オケチラは安定、秩序、庇護を体現し、協調した目的と協力的な行動を重んじる。彼女の存在は畏敬と鼓舞を呼び起こす。
オケチラはそのぶれない照準で、決して標的を撃ち漏らさない射手である。その矢は副陽/The Second Sunの光から作られているとされ、砂漠の巨怪を仕留めるのにも一矢で足りる。
